调血祛斑胶囊的质量控制方法研究

摘　　要：目的：建立调血祛斑胶囊的质量标准.方法：采用薄层色谱法对调血祛斑胶囊中当归、川芎、栀子、陈皮及大黄进行定性鉴别;以高效液相色谱法对其君药地黄中的梓醇进行含量测定.结果：调血祛斑胶囊中的当归、川芎、栀子、陈皮及大黄薄层色谱中,在与对照药材或对照品相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点;梓醇进样量在0.767～4.603 μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好（r =1.000 0）,平均加样回收率为102.33％（RSD=2.23％,n=9）.结论：本方法简便、准确、稳定、可靠、重现性好,可用于本品的质量控制.Objective：To establish the quality standard of Tiaoxue Quban capsules.Methods：A TLC was employed to identify Angelicae Sinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort,Gardenia jasminoides J.Ellis,Citri Pericarpium Reticulatae and Rheum palmatum L.,while the content of catalpol in the capsules was determined by HPLC.Results：Angelicae Sinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort,Gardenia jasminoides J.Ellis,Citri Pericarpium Reticulatae and Rheum palmatum L.showed the same color spots as those of control medical materials developed in the corresponding places.Catalpol showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.767-4.603 μg（r =1.000 0） with the average recovery of 102.33 ％ （RSD =2.23 ％,n =9）.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate,stable and reliable with good reproducibility,which can be used in the quality control of Tiaoxue Quban capsules.
