高效液相色谱法同时测定白斑乳膏中4种组分的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立同时测定白斑乳膏中氟尿嘧啶、氢化可的松、黄芩苷、维生素E含量的高效液相色谱法.方法：采用Aichrom Bond-AQ C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-[0.5％醋酸（含6mmol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠）]（70∶30）,检测波长为267 nm,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,柱温为室温.结果：氟尿嘧啶、氢化可的松、黄芩苷、维生素E分别在1.61～14.49,8.032 ～40.16,21.92 ～284.48,48.13 ～433.17 mg·L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好（r≥0.9999）,平均加样回收率分别为99.91％（RSD=0.96％）、99.79％（RSD=0.70％）、100.10％（RSD =0.44％）、99.50％（RSD =0.74％）.结论：该方法准确可靠,重复性好,可用于白斑乳膏4组分的含量测定.Objective：To develop an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of fluorouracil,hydrocortisone,baicalin and vitamin E in leukoplakia creams.Methods：The HPLC system consisted of an Aichrom Bond-AQ C18 （250 mm ×4.6 mam,5 μm） column,methanol-0.5％ phosphoric acid solution （containing 6.0 mmol · L-1 sodium heptanesulfonate） （70：30） as the mobile phase,the UV detection wavelength at 267nm,the flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1 and the column temperature of room degree.Results：The linear range of fluorouracil,hydrocortisone,baicalin and vitamin E was 1.61-14.49,8.032-40.16,21.92-84.48 and 48.13-433.17 mg · L-1（r≥0.999 9）,respectively.The average recovery of the four compounds was 99.91％ （RSD =0.96％）,99.79％ （RSD =0.70％）,100.10％ （RSD =0.44％） and 99.50％ （RSD =0.74％）,respectively.Conclusion：The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible,and can be used in the determination of the four components in leukoplakia creams.
