摘  要:高性能战斗机高空缺氧、高加速度、温度过冷过热、信息负荷过高等飞行状态,通过氧化应激、同型半胱氨酸血症、血管紧张素浓度变化、血流动力和血管应力变化等因素,导致内皮细胞的损伤,从而诱发飞行人员高血压、高血脂、高血糖等发生。现行治疗药物,或因影响飞行而被禁用,或仅能消除症状不能彻底治愈,大多不能用于治疗飞行人员"三高"症状。解决飞行人员"三高"最好能修复或避免血管内皮细胞损伤。中医药在抗血管内皮细胞(VEC)损伤方面取得了较好的临床效果,如川芎嗪、红花、黄芪、槲皮素等。考虑到高性能战斗机飞行状态所导致飞行人员血管内皮损伤中有些是不可逆转的(如氧自由基的过氧化反应引起细胞膜脂质过氧化、蛋白质和核酸变性,导致不可逆损伤),能够保护血管内皮细胞的中药则更受推崇,如葛根素、水蛭素、三七总皂苷、全蝎、绞股蓝、茶色素、大黄、麦冬、生地黄、丹参等。中药具有修复及保护双向调控作用,如灯盏花素可保护血管内皮细胞及促进损伤血管内皮细胞修复,可作为保护飞行人员血管内皮细胞损伤首选方案。目前中医药用于预防和修正血管内皮细胞损伤还仅限于一般人员,有的则仅限于动物实验阶段,并没有针对军事飞行人员量身定制,这是中医药在解决高性能战斗机飞行人员血管内皮细胞损伤问题中应进一步发展的方向。High performance fighter altitude hypoxia, high speed, the temperature of heat and cold, information overload byhigher flight conditions, oxidative stress, homocysteine, angiotensin concentration, hemodynamics and vascularstress changes and other factors, resulting in the injury of endothelial cells, and induce flight personnel hypertension,hyperglycemia, etc. occurrence. To solve the "three high" the best pilots can repair or avoid the damage of vascular endothelial cells. Chinese medicine in anti vascular endothelial cell(VEC) injury has achieved good clinical effect, Rukawa, safflower, Radix Astragali, quercetin. Considering the high performance fighter flight conditions causepilots vascular endothelial injury in some irreversible(such as the production of oxygen free radical induced lipid peroxidation of cell membrane, degeneration, protein and nucleic acid cause irreversible damage), traditional Chinese medicine can protect vascular endothelial cells are more respected, such as Ge Gensu, hirudin, total saponins three seven, scorpion, Gynostemma pentaphyllum, tea pigment, rhubarb, radix rehmanniae, radix salviae miltiorrhizae, etc..Traditional Chinese medicine has the repair and protection of bidirectional regulation, such as the breviscapine canprotect vascular endothelial cells and promote the repair of injured vascular endothelial cells, can be used as protective aircrew vascular endothelial cell injury preferred solution.
