摘　　要：报告黄衍强治疗急性粒细胞白血病部分分化型(M2a)一例。黄衍强教授开创白血病诊疗"四疗、四心、四防、四结合",认为起居失常及过度劳累、蕴毒深、肾阴亏、相火旺、血液伤、饮食、药物不当、时行厉气、蕴毒等为病因病机,治则治法注重辨证论治、治病求本-治因为主-治果为辅、阴阳平衡、以补为主-以守为贵-以攻为次之、环境改变、心理疏导。Objective Report Huang Yanjiang treatment of acute myelocytic leukemia partially differentiated （ M2a ） .Professor Huang Yanjiang pioneered leukemia diagnosis ＂four treatments, Tudor, four, four combinations＂, thought that daily life disorder and overwork, accumulate poison deep, kidney Yin, by the fire, blood, improper diet, medication, brutality and complete gas and accumulate poison, etc. For the etiology and pathogenesis, therapeutic principle of focus on syndrome differentiation and treatment, the cure of this disease - incurable for the Lord - and fruit is complementary, a balance of Yin and Yang, give priority to in order to fill - to keep for you - to attack for the second, the environment change, psychological counseling.
