摘　　要：李萍萍教授认为恶性淋巴瘤临床以局部淋巴结肿大及累及相应组织器官的损害为特征,根据其临床表现,可归属于"痰核"、"石疽"、"失荣"等范畴;以"痰湿、血瘀、气滞"为主,虚实夹杂较为多见,主要影响肝脾肾三脏,注意扶正,兼顾治疗的不同时期,结合治疗病史及症状体征,配合西医治疗的不同阶段进行中药治疗是中西医结合治疗本病的基本法则。化疗期间中药主要作用是减轻化疗药毒副作用,缓解临床症状,保证化疗顺利进行;化疗间歇期消化道反应及骨髓抑制缓解,多见疲乏、自汗盗汗、腹胀胃酸等正气损伤,以健脾扶正为主;康复期放化疗、靶向治疗及生物治疗结束,李老师认为这一阶段无明显症状以调节阴阳平衡,增强免疫力为主,有临床症状的应分清痰湿、血瘀、气滞等,化痰除湿,活血化瘀,疏肝理气,补益阴阳。因各种治疗手段对机体攻伐太过,无论何种治法均勿忘健脾扶正,顾护后天之本。Prof. Li Pingping believes malignant lymphoma characterized by local lymph node enlargement and involving the corresponding organ damage. According to clinical manifestations, it May belong to ＂Phlegm nucleus＂, ＂Shirong＂, ＂Shiju＂ . The main causes are ＂phlegm dampness, blood stasis, and Qi stagnation＂ . Most patients present mingled with excess and deficiency syndromes, and the disease mainly injury the liver, spleen, and kidney. At different stages, based on history, physical examination and clinical symptom, combined with western medicine treatments, syndrome differentiation is the basic principle. During chemotherapy, the main role of TCM is to reduce the side effects of chemotherapy drugs. Between treatments, fatigue, sweeting, abdominal distension and acid reflux are very common symptoms. TCM can reduce symptoms, and Spleen strengthening is very important. Convalescent patients have completed chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy or biological treatment. Prof. Li treated as according principles. If the patient has no apparent symptom, adjusting the balance of Yin and Yang, enhancing immunity is enough. If clinical symptoms of phlegm dampness, blood stasis and Qi stagnation appear, we should reduce phlegm, promote blood circulation for removing blood stasis, relief liver for smooth Qi, nourish Yin and Yang. Various treatments may damage to the body, we should strengthening the spleen and replenishing Qi at any time.
