丹参川芎嗪与低分子肝素钙联合西药治疗不稳定型心绞痛随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察丹参川芎嗪联合低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将120例住院及门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组60例常规治疗,肠溶阿司匹林、β受体阻滞剂、钙通道拮抗剂、硝酸酯类、降压、降糖等。治疗组60例丹参川芎注射液15mL+生理盐水250mL,1次/d,静滴;低分子肝素钙5000U,1次/12h,皮下注射;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛发作持续时间、心绞痛发作频率、心电图变化、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效33例,显效24例,有效3例,总有效率93.33%。对照组显效22例,显效25例,有效13例,总有效率78.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组出现5例不良反应,对照组出现3例不良反应,疗程结束后症状均消失。[结论]丹参川芎嗪联合低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定型心绞痛效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] Salvia tetromethylpyrazine low molecular weight heparin treatment of unstable angina pectoris . [ Methods ] Random parallel control method, 120 patients hospitalized and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group of 60 cases of conventional therapy, aspirin, 13 -blockers, calcium channel antagonists, nitrates, blood pressure, blood glucose and so on. Treatment group, 60 patients Salvia Chuanxiong Injection 15mL ＋ saline 250mL, 1 times / d, intravenously;low molecular weight heparin 5000U, 1 times / 12h, subcutaneously;western medicine with the control group. 7d is a continuous course of treatment . Observation of clinical symptoms, duration of angina pectoris, angina frequency, ECG changes, adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] 33 cases markedly effective in 24 cases, effective in 3 cases, the total efficiency of 93.33 %. The control group 22 cases, 25 cases markedly effective in 13 cases ,the total efficiency 78.33% . Treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . Control group had five cases of adverse reactions, the control group had three cases of adverse reactions, the symptoms disappeared after treatment. [ Conclusion ] Salvia tetromethylpyrazine low molecular weight heparin treatment of unstable angina effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
