一效膏联合胰岛素外敷治疗压疮22例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察一效膏联合胰岛素外敷治疗压疮疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对22例住院患者使用创面常规清创,0.1%洗必泰2000mL消毒。一效散加入适量香油及适量胰岛素注射液调和成膏,上盖凡士林纱布,敷料包扎,1次/d。连续治疗1周为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈16例,显效4例,无效2例,总有效率90.91%。[结论]一效膏联合胰岛素外敷治疗压疮疗效显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe Yixiaogao combined with insulin therapy pressure sore treatment. [ Method ] Method using a prospective design, in 22 cases of hospitalized patients with conventional wound debridement, 2000mL 0.1% chlorhexidine disinfection. An effective amount of sesame oil and the amount of added bulk insulin injection to reconcile into a paste, cover Vaseline gauze dressing, 1 times / d. Continuous treatment one week course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. Continuous treatment for 3 courses, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] Cured 16 cases, effective in 4 cases, 2 cases noneffective, the total efficiency of 90.91%. [ Conclusion ] Yixiaogao combined with insulin treatment of pressure sores significant effect, worthy of promotion.
