炉甘石洗剂联合双料喉风散治疗肛门湿疹随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察炉甘石洗剂联合双料喉风散治疗肛门湿疹疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将50例门诊患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组25例派瑞松霜,5g/次,2次/d。治疗组25例炉甘石洗剂合双料喉风散,涂抹患处,2∽3次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗21d为1疗程。观测临床症状、肛门湿疹、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈21例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率96.00%。对照组痊愈12例,有效8例,无效5例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]炉甘石洗剂联合双料喉风散治疗肛门湿疹效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the calamine lotion combined double throat the wind scattered the anus eczema curative effect. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, the 50 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups according to flip a coin method. Control group of 25 cases of perry cream, 5 g/times, 2 times/d. Treatment group （ 25 cases of calamine lotion or double laryngeal wind scattered, daub affected area, 2-- 3 / d. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 21 d 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] the treatment group （ 21 cases cured, 3 cases ineffective in 1 case, and the total effective rate was 96.00%. Control group 12 cases cured, 8 cases, invalid in 5 cases, total effective rate was 80.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Calamine lotion combined therapy with double throat the wind scattered the anus eczema effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
