丹红注射液联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察丹红注射液联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将130例住院患者按奇偶顺序法随机分为两组。对照组65例西医常规治疗,舌下含服硝酸酯类药物,并给予抗血小板聚集、调节血脂、抗凝、控制血压、血糖等综合治疗。治疗组65例20mL丹红注射液+250mL5%葡萄糖,1次/d,静滴;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛发作、心电图、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效31例,有效33例,无效1例,总有效率98.46%。对照组显效27例,有效30例,无效8例,总有效率87.69%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]丹红注射液联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] to observe the Dan red injection combined western medicine therapy of coronary heart disease angina pectoris curative effect. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 130 cases of hospitalized patients in odd-even order method were randomly divided into two groups. The control group, 65 cases of conventional western medicine treatment of sublingual administering those of nitrate medications, and platelet aggregation, regulating blood lipids, anticoagulation, control of blood pressure, blood sugar and other comprehensive treatment. The treatment group, 65 cases of 20 ml Dan red injection ＋ 250 ml of 5% glucose injection, once aid, static drops. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 10 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results]the treatment group 31 cases were markedly effective, effective 33 cases, 1 had no effect, total effective rate was 98.46%. 30 cases of control group 27 cases were markedly effective, effective, 8 no effect, the total effective rate was 87.69%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈O.05 ） . [ Conclusion] Dan red injection combined western medicine therapy of coronary heart disease angina pectoris effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
