加味左金丸联合西药治疗胃溃疡随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察加味左金丸联合西药治疗胃溃疡疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将124例住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组62例奥美拉唑,40mg/次,2次/d,口服;克拉霉素,0.5g/次,2次/d,口服;阿莫西林,1g/次,2次/d,口服。治疗组62例加味左金丸,6g/次,2次/d,口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、胃溃疡性状、幽门螺杆菌、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈23例,显效29例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率96.77%。对照组痊愈18例,显效24例,有效11例,无效9例,总有效率85.48%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]加味左金丸联合西药治疗胃溃疡效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the effects of Jiawei Zuojin Pill Combined with western medicine in treatment of gastric ulcer. [ Methods ] Using randomized controlled methods, will be divided into two groups according to the random number table, 124 cases of hospitalized patients. A control group of 62 cases of omeprazole, 40mg/, 2 /d, oral;clarithromycin, 0.Sg/, 2/d, oral;amoxicillin, 1.0g/, 2/d, oral. The treatment group of 62 cases of Jiawei Zuojin Pill, 6g/, 2/d, oral western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 28d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [ Results ] The treatment group cured 23 cases, effective in 29 cases, effective 8 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total efficiency of 96.77%. The control group cured 18 cases, effective in 24 cases, effective 11 cases, invalid 9 cases, the total efficiency of 85.48%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Jiaweizuojin pill combined with western medicine treatment of gastric ulcer effect, worthy of promotion.
