中医护理活络止痒方火疗联合皮炎宁酊外涂治疗神经性皮炎多中心随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察中医护理活络止痒方火疗联合皮炎宁酊外涂治疗神经性皮炎效果。[方法]使用多中心随机平行对照方法,将120例门诊患者按就诊顺序号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组60例醋酸曲安奈德尿素乳膏,3次/d,温水清洗皮损部,均匀涂抹患部;常规护理。治疗组60例①活络止痒方(鸡血藤35g,羌活15g,白鲜皮30g,荆芥、黄柏、苦参各25g,苦楝皮30g,赤芍20g,蝉衣、僵蚕各15g,乌蛇20g),研磨成粉同醋液配制成药剂在皮损处实施火疗,后用皮炎宁酊外涂患处;②中医护理干预。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、皮损状况、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈36例,显效18例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率90.00%。对照组痊愈21例,显效18例,有效9例,无效12例,总有效率65.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中医护理活络止痒方火疗联合皮炎宁酊外涂治疗神经性皮炎效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the active fire treatment ＋ square itching dermatitis treated with combined TCM Tincture neurodermatitis nursing intervention efficacy. [ Methods ] Random parallel control method, 120 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 60 patients triamcinolone urea ointment, 3 times / d, after the Ministry of warm water lesions, evenly affected area; follow doctor＇s orders for routine care. （1） active treatment group, 60 cases of itching Party （ Jixueteng 35g, Qianghuo 15g, Baixianpi 30g, Jinjie, Huangbo, Kushen each 25g, Kulianpi 30g, Chishao 20g, Chanyi, Jiangcan cach 15g, Wushe 20g）, ground into powder with vinegar formulated into pharmaceutical implement fire treatment in skin lesions, dermatitis tincture later coated with the lesion ; （2） Chinese medicine nursing intervention. 10d is a continuous course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. 4 continuous treatment regimen to determine efficacy. [ Results ] 36 cases were cured, 18 cases markedly effective in 4 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 90.00%. Cured 21 cases in the control group, 18 cases markedly effective in 9 cases, 12 cases, the total efficiency of 65.00%. Treatment group than the control group （P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Active fire treatment ＋ square itching dermatitis treated with combined TCM Tincture nursing intervention neurodermatitis effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
