摘　　要：[目的]观察三金清胆汤联合消炎利胆片治疗胆石症疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将86例住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组43例消炎利胆片,1g/次,3次/d,餐后1h温服。治疗组43例三金清胆汤(海金砂、金钱草、鸡内金各20g,大黄、枳实各10g,郁金15g,黄芩10g,柴胡6g,延胡索15g,白芍10g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、ALT、AST、T-Bil、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈14例,显效15例,有效13例,无效1例,总有效率97.67%。对照组痊愈8例,显效11例,有效20例,无效4例,总有效率90.69%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组症状积分均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]三金清胆汤联合消炎利胆片治疗胆石症效果显著,值得推广。[Objective] to observe the sanjin qing bile soup joint inflammation cholagogue cholelith disease curative effect. [ Methods] Using random parallel control method, 86 cases of hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method. The control group, 43 cases of antiinflammatory cholagogue, 1 g/time, 3 times/d, 1 h after meal warm clothing. Treatment group 43 cases sanjin qing bile soup （Haijinsha, Jinqiancao, Jineijin 20 g, Dahuang, Chishi each 10g, Yujn 15g, Huangqi 10g, Chaihu 6g, Yanhusuo 15 g, Baishao 10g） ; I/d, boiling water 200 ml, oral sooner or later. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 14 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, ALT, AST, T - Bil, adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ result ] in treatment group recovered 14 cases, 15 cases were markedly effective, effective 13 cases, 1 had no effect, total effective rate was 97.67%. Control group cure 8 cases, 11 cases were markedly effective, effective 20 cases, 4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 90.69%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Two groups of symptoms integral are improved（ P〈0.05 ）, the treatment group improved better than that of control group（ P 〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Sanjin qing bile soup combined anti-inflammatory cholagogue cholelith disease treatment effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
