眼针联合舒血宁与奥拉西坦治疗中风随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察眼针联合舒血宁与奥拉西坦治疗中风疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组40例舒血宁20mL+0.9%氯化钠250mL,1次/d,静滴。奥拉西坦0.8g+0.9%氯化钠250mL,1次/d,静滴。治疗组40例眼针治疗,选取双侧上、下焦区、肝区、肾区,用32号5分不锈钢针,押手向进针相反方向按压眼球,防止针刺于眼,右手持针在眼眶缘外2mm处沿皮刺入,不施手法,留针30min,1次/d;常规治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效18例,无效4例,总有效率治疗组90.00%;对照组显效10例,有效19例,无效11例,总有效率72.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]眼针联合舒血宁与奥拉西坦治疗中风疗效显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the eye acupuncture combined with oxiracetam Shuxuening treatment of stroke treatment. [ Method] Random parallel control method, 80 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 40 patients Shuxuening 20mL＋0.9% sodium chloride injection 250mL, 1 times / d, intravenous infusion. Oxiraeetam 0.8g ＋0.9% sodium chloride injection 250mL, 1 times / d, intravenous infusion. Treatment group, 40 cases of ocular acupuncture, select the bilateral, the next focus area, liver, kidney area, with 32 points, 5 stainless steel needle, charge hand push the eye of the needle in the opposite direction to prevent the needle in the eye, his right hand holding the needle in the eyes 2mm along the outer edge of the skin piercing, and have no way, the needle 30min, 1 times / d;eonventional treatment with the control group. 14d is a continuous course of treatment. Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] 18 cases markedly effective in 18 cases, 4 cases, the total efficiency of the treatment group was 90.00%;the control group 10 cases markedly effective, 19 cases effective, 11 cases noneffective, the total efficiency of 72.50%. Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Eye acupuncture joint Shuxuening and oxiraeetam treatment of stroke and a significant effect, it is worth promoting.
