摘　　要：重点阐述了铁路公安现场勘查网络管理信息系统的系统总体设计思路、设计目标及研究内容,详细描述了系统具体实现的功能,以及该系统具有的自主学习型铁路公安刑侦技术专有知识库、设置参数化及操作分级限制等特点。The overall design idea, system design objectives and research content of this paper focuses on the fieht of rail-way police investigation of network management inlbrmation system, a detailed description of the realization of＂ tile systemfunction, and the system has independent learning railway police criminal investigation technology proprietary knowledgehase, set up parameters and operation grading constraints etc.
