摘　　要：详细介绍了马钢热电总厂12#锅炉HP683中速磨的改造方案。通过对中速磨分离体、叶轮、风环等部件的改造和调整,使中速磨石子煤排量大幅度下降,由此获得了较好的经济效益。The transformation program for the HP683 medium-speed coal mill of the No.12 boiler at the Thermal Power Plant of Masteel is introduced in detail. Through modification and adjustment of the separator, impellers and air rings of the mill, pebble coal discharge of the mill has been greatly reduced, bringing good economic result.
