摘　　要：分析了冶金等工贸行业小微企业安全标准化管理系统的11个要素,确定管理信息系统的主要目标及使用的关键技术特点,建立了对应的11个功能模块,并对管理信息系统各模块实现的功能进行了介绍。将冶金等工贸行业小微企业安全标准化管理设定的各类安全信息及安全管理内容融入到信息系统管理之中,实现了对安全管理过程中大量积累数据的分析和处理,实时动态地展示工艺、环境、设备、安全、管理状况和员工的危险行为,可以及时有效地进行风险控制,达到降低事故发生的目的。By analyzing the 11 essentials in safety standardization management system of small and micro metallurgical industry and trade businesses, the main objectives and key technical characteristics of the system are determined, 11 corresponding functional modules are established and realization methods of the modules are introduced. Various types of safety information and management contents set by safety standardization management for small and micro metallurgical industry and trade businesses are integrated into the information system management to achieve analysis and processing lots of accumulated data in safety management process. Thus potential risks in processes, environment, equipment, security, management conditions and staff behaviors can be dynamically displayed real-timely, so that risk control can be effectively carried out to reduce accident occurrence.
