区域集群式信息服务协同体系与智慧城市深度融合之探讨

摘　　要：探讨信息服务体系与智慧城市建设的融合及其区域集群式协同体系的构建模型,从智慧城市与信息服务体系的关系方面,论述区域信息服务体系的集群性、协同性、共享增值性特征;运用数学中的矩阵理论,将组织、技术、资源、人员、服务、用户等多个集成元素构建在一个区域集群式协同体系模型下,体现出智慧城市发展的集群联合、协同运营、共享增值的特征,以推进信息资源共享和信息服务与智慧城市的深度融合,实现构建中原经济区集群式信息服务体系的总体目标。This paper discusses the integration of information service system and intellectual city construction, andthe model of regional cluster coordination system. It expounds the features of gregariousness, coordination and sharing ap-preciation of the regional information service system from the aspect of the relationship between intellectual city and infor-mation service system. Using matrix theory in mathematics, it puts multiple integrated elements such as organization,technology, resources, personnel, services and users in a regional cluster collaborative system model, which reflects thecharacteristics of the cluster combination, collaborative operation and sharing appreciation of the intellectual city. It willpromote the sharing of information resources and the full integration of information service and intellectual city, and to a-chieve the goal of cluster information service system in central and west China.
