“斧头状”随意皮瓣修复面部缺损的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨“斧头状”随意皮瓣修复面部皮肤缺损的临床应用方法及效果。方法利用面部圆形或椭圆形缺损周围正常皮肤的弹性力学和几何学原理，设计“斧头状”皮瓣，修复缺损直径最大4．5cm。结果全部“斧头状”皮瓣成活良好，均I期愈合；切口瘢痕不明显，无器官扭转和移位，患者对远期效果满意。结论“斧头状”皮瓣具有设计简便、操作简单、血运可靠及旋转后张力分布均匀等优点，值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To introduce clinical application and effects of axeshaped flap in repairing facial defects. Methods Using elasticity and geometry principle of normal skin around facial round or oval defects, axeshaped flap was designed to repair defects with 4.5 cm maximum diameter. Results After operation, all axeshaped flaps survived and healed primarily without obvious scars and torsion and malposition of organs. All were satisfied with longterm results. Conclusion Axe-shaped is good for repairing the facial defects with these advantages, like simple design and operation, reliable blood supply and uniform force distribution after rotation, it is worth of spreading in clinic.
