摘 要:目的提出毛囊单位钻取技术效值的概念并探讨其临床意义。方法在对同一脱发患者进行毛囊单位钻取操作过程中,对以随机方式轮流实施操作的3位年轻医师(甲、乙、丙)分别记录在10min内的实际钻取总数和成功钻取毛囊单位总数。然后根据公式“毛囊单位钻取技术效值=每分钟成功钻取毛囊单位数x成功率”计算其毛囊单位钻取技术效值。连续对30例患者进行毛囊钻取,观察其动态发展趋势,最后计算其平均值并参照相关标准评价该3位医师所处的水平。结果3位医师的毛囊单位钻取技术效值总体上均有上升趋势,其中,甲的平均水平最高,评为优秀;乙和丙评为良好。结论在FUE钻取操作过程中,术者可随着经验的丰富明显提高其质量和速度。在提高毛囊单位钻取速度的同时,更要注意提高毛囊单位获取的成功率。Objective To establish the concept of the follicular unit extraction efficiency and evaluate its clinical value. Methods Thirty patients with baldness were undergone in this study. During the process of the follicularunit extraction, three young surgeons ( nominated A, B and C ) were randomly selected to carry out on the same patients for 10 minutes. The outcomes were separately recorded and calculated to the “follicularunit extraction efficiency” according to the formula “FUE efficiency = successfully extracted follicular units amount per minute x success rate” for each surgeon. Results The follicularunit extraction efficiency in these surgeons were increasing with gradual uptrend. Among them, the average level of the A was the best and evaluated as excellent, the B and C was evaluated as good. Conclusion In the process of follicularunit extraction extraction, the operator could speed up the process and increase its quality gradually with his or her experience, not only extraction speed but also success rate.
