摘　　要：虫类药入中药历史悠久,效专力宏。结合久病入络、心主血脉之理论,其治疗心血管疾病胸痹心痛、眩晕等疗效显著。水蛭破血通络,穿山甲散风通络,用于胸痹心痛血瘀之证;地龙平肝潜阳,用于肝阳上亢之眩晕头痛;僵蚕化痰熄风,用于风痰阻络、肝经风热上攻之眩晕头痛;蝉蜕清疏肝经风热,用于肝经风热之眩晕等。虫类药研粉疗效显著,其有一定毒性,应用中遵循辨证论治,注重不同药性,注意配伍、疗程、剂量及剂型。服用虫类药引起的胃肠道反应,可于饭后服药,并配以健脾消导之品缓解;有出现过敏现象者,加用抗过敏中药或西药。Insect drugs in traditional Chinese medicine has a long history with concentrated and powerful effect. Combined with the theories of chronic diseases transforming to collaterals and heart controlling blood circulation,insect drugs have distinct curative effect on the treatment of cardiovascular disease( CVD) such as chest stuffiness,cardialgia and dizziness. Leech can dispel blood stasis. Pangolin can dredge collaterals and evacuate wind for chest stuffiness and pains. Lumbricus can calm the liver and suppress YANG for treating the dizziness and headache of hyper-activity of liver-YANG. Batryticated silkworm can eliminate phlegm and calm wind for treating the dizziness and headache caused by the wind phlegm obstruction collaterals and liver meridian wind-heat. Periostracum cicada can clear the liver meridian wind-heat for treating dizziness. The curative effect of insect drugs powder is distinct. It has certain toxicity.The applications should be based on syndrome differentiation with consideration of different medicinal and compatibility,course of treatment,dose and dosage form. Gastrointestinal reaction caused by insect drugs can be eased by taking it after meal and adding medicine of tonifying spleen; allergic reaction can be eased by adding antiallergic medicine.
