摘　　要：目的分析黄芪生脉饮佐治病毒性心肌炎的临床效果。方法选取病毒性心肌炎患者120例为研究对象进行回顾性分析。根据患者入院时间前后分为对照组和研究组。对照组应用常规疗法进行治疗,研究组在此基础上应用黄芪生脉饮佐治。以治疗前后2组患者收缩压(SBP)、心率(HR)和心肌耗氧量(SBP×HR)变化情况以及治疗有效率等指标进行疗效对比。结果研究组治疗总有效率96.67%,优于对照组(86.67%),治愈率、显效率也具有优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。收缩压前后变化不显著,患者心率、心肌耗氧量得到显著改善,研究组改善效果优于对照组,前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪生脉饮佐治病毒性心肌炎能明显改善患者心肌功能,无明显不良反应。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Astragalus Shengmai Decoction on viral myocarditis.Methods 120 patients with viral myocarditis were analyzed retrospectively and divided into control group and study group according to the admission time. The control group was given conventional therapy. The study group was added Astragalus Shengmai Decoc- tion. Systolic blood pressure （SBP）, heart rate （HR）, myocardial oxygen consumption （SBP x HR） changes and treatment efficiency indicators in the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of study group was 96.67 %, which was significantly better than that of the contml group （86.67 % ）. Its cure rate and effective rate also have advantages. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05） ; Systolic blood pressure did not change signifi- cantly before and after the treatment. Patients＇ heart rates and myocardial consumption oxygen have been significantly im- proved. The improvement in study group is better than that of control group. There is a statistically significant difference be- fore and after the treatment （ P 〈 0.05） ; The adverse reactions were mild. Conclusion Astragalus Shengmai Decoction for viral myocarditis can improve cardiac function without adverse reaction.
