摘　　要：目的观察红花如意丸治疗月经不调的临床效果。方法将80例月经不调患者随机分为2组,各40例。观察组口服红花如意丸,对照组口服十四味羚牛角丸,2组服药方法均为5丸/次,2次/d,服药时间均为2个月。结果对照组和观察组的总有效率分别为77.5%和87.5%,其差异无统计学意义。但观察组治疗后面部黄斑等全身症状缓解情况优于对照组,且2组的差异具有统计学意义。结论红花如意丸具有活血化瘀、温中散寒、通经止痛、平肝利胆之功效,治疗月经不调临床疗效好。临床中应在辨证用药的基础上注意观察患者的不良反应情况,有利于高效低毒地为患者服务,缓解由于月经不调所引起的各种全身症状。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Red flower Ruyi Pill on the treatment of menstrual disorders.Meth- ods 80 patients with irregular periods were randomly divided into two groups： the observation group （ n = 40） with oral in- take of Red flower Ruyi Pill, the control group （n = 40） with oral intake of Shisiwei Lingniujiao Pill. The treatment methods in two groups are 5 pills/time and 2 times/d for 2 months. Results The total effective rates were 77.5 % （control group） and 77.5 % （ observation group）. There was no statistically significant difference. But the systemic symptom such as the alle- viation of facial macular in observation group after treatment is better than that of control group. There are statistically signifi- cant differences between the two groups. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Red flower Ruyi Pill on menoxenia is good because it has the function of promoting circulation and removing stasis, warming spleen and stomach for dispelling cold and inducing menstruation to relieve menalgia. The adverse reactions of patients should be observed on the basis of dialecti- cal medication in order to alleviate various systemic symptom caused by irregular periods.
