温针、点刺放血、拔罐联合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎

摘　　要：目的系统评价针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效,观察温针、点刺放血、拔罐联合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选择20例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,采用温针灸(选穴:阿是穴、犊鼻、足三里、血海、鹤顶、阴陵泉、阳陵泉)以及点刺放血、拔罐,进行联合治疗。结果显效11例,有效9例,无效0例,总有效率100%。结论温针、点刺放血、拔罐联合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎可有效地缓解疼痛和僵硬症状,从而改善活动功能,在临床上值得推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on knee osteoarthritis and observe the clinical curative effect of warm acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy and cupping therapy for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 20 patients with knee osteoarthritis were treated with warm acupuncture （The acupuncture points：Ashi Poin, Dfbi, Zrsanlt, Xu^hai, H~ DYng, Yin llng qurn, Yrng lfng qurn）, pricking blood therapy and cupping therapy. Results 11 cases had marked effect. 9 cases were effective. There is no ineffective case. The total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Warm acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy and cupping therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can effectively alleviate symptoms of pain and stiffness so as to improve the function of activity. So they are worth popularization in clinic.
