摘  要:根据现代医学研究表明,人参具有缓解体力疲劳、增强免疫力、抗衰老、抗缺血以及抑制肿瘤增长和治疗心血管疾病等多方面的药理活性,其活性物质基础是由多种化学成分组成。结合近年来科研工作者对人参及人参制品的化学成分及其分析方法的研究概况,对人参中非皂苷类成分分析方法的研究进行概括,介绍了人参中糖类成分、挥发油成分、氨基酸成分、脂肪酸成分、微量元素成分的检测技术与分析手段,为人参活性物质的进一步开发利用提供技术依据。Modern pharmacological researches show that Panax ginseng,which contains a great variety of chemical components,has pharmacological activities of alleviating physical fatigue,enhancing immunity,anti-aging,ischemia,and inhibiting tumor growth and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Its active material base is composed of a variety of chemical compositions. According to the studies on chemical composition and its analysis method of ginseng and ginseng products in recent years,analytical methods of non-saponin constituent in Panax ginseng are reviewed. An introduction for the techniques of detection and strategies of analysis has been made on polysaccharides,essential oils,amino acids,fatty acids,the trace elements of Panax ginseng,which provides a basis for the further development and utilization of Panax ginseng.
