结节性脂膜炎的彩色多普勒血流成像诊断与病理对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对结节性脂膜炎的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析32例经病理证实的结节性脂膜炎患者的声像图特征。结果结节性脂膜炎超声表现具有多样性,根据超声图像表现不同可分为结节性、液化性及钙化性3种。32例中,超声诊断结节性脂膜炎27例、脂肪瘤2例、皮脂腺囊肿合并感染2例、蜂窝织炎1例。超声诊断准确率为84%(27/32)。结论彩色多普勒超声可作为诊断结节性脂膜炎的首选检查方法,具有较高的诊断价值。Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI） in the diagnosis of nodular panniculitis. Methods A retrospective analysis of ultrasonographic features of 32 patients with pathologically confirmed nodular panniculitis was made. Results The ultrasonographic features of nodular panniculitis were diverse, which could be divided into 3 types： nodular type, liquefactive type and calcified type. In 32 cases 27 were diagnosed with nodular panniculitis, 2 with lipomas, 2 with sebaceous cysts combined with infection, 1 with cellulitis. The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound was 84%（27/32）. Conclusion CDFI is of high diagnostic value in the diagnosis of nodular panniculitis.
