摘 要:目的探讨使用可调压分流管进行脑室-腹腔分流术后多次调压的原因,总结临床经验及对策。方法回顾性分析21例脑室-腹腔分流术后≥3次调压的原因、调压的临床及影像学依据,以及调压的效果。结果 21例行体外调压达3~7次,均取得满意效果。结论可调压分流管进行脑室腹腔分流术是目前治疗脑积水的重要手段,通过多次调整分流管压力有利于动态掌握脑积水的变化,减少并发症。重视术前压力设定的各项参考因素,可明显减少术后调压次数。Objective To investigate the multiple pressure-regulation cause and to summarize the clinical experience and strategy of the adjustable shunt valve in bypass post-operation. Methods The causes of the multiple postoperative pressure regulation in 21 cases of the ventriculoperitoneal shunt were analyzed and the basis of clinical and radiographic regulation and the regulating effect were summarized. Results The 21 cases had pressure regulation from 3 to 7 times in vitro;and a satisfactory shunt effect was achieved in all patients. Conclusion The ventriculoperitoneal shunt with the adjustable shunt valve is the direction of the treatment of hydrocephalus. Adjusting the shunt pipe pressure is beneficial to dynamically grasp the change of hydrocephalus and to reduce the postoperative complications. The emphasis on the preoperative pressure setting of the reference factors could significantly reduce the times of postoperative pressure regulation.
