摘  要:心肌损伤由多重因素诱发形成,其过程也受多种因子调控。白藜芦醇(resveratrol,RES)是一种天然多酚类化合物,具有广泛的生物学功能,包括抗氧化作用,对心脏的保护作用等。本文综述了运动性缺氧对心肌造成的损伤及机制并综述了白藜芦醇对心肌损伤防护作用的研究进展。Myocardial injury is induced by multiple reasons, and its process is also regulated by many factors. Resveratrol is a natural polyphenolic compound with a wide range of biological functions, including antioxidation and the protective effect on the heart, etc. In this paper, the injury and mechanism generated from the exercise-induced hypoxia to myocardium is reviewed and research progress in the protective effect of resveratrol on myocardial injury is also summarized.
