摘　　要：重型颅脑损伤后使机体处于应激状态,体内出现严重的代谢反应,及时、有效、安全的补充营养物质对患者来说至关重要,而经鼻空肠管的置入在患者的营养方面的支持取得了较好的效果,本文就经鼻空肠管内营养支持的置管方式、营养支持开始时间、营养支持的方式以及护理等方面的进行综述如下。After severe head injury the patient is under stress condition. There are serious metabolic reactions in the body and timely, effective and safe complementary nutrition is very important for patients. Nasal jejunal tube placement for nutritional support in patients with good results have been achieved. In this paper, the nasal jejunal tube nutritional support mode of catheter, nutritional support, starting time, way of nutritional support and nasal jejunal tube care are summarized.
