摘　　要：骨外伤和植入物手术在现代医疗领域广泛开展,这些超大超重器械的灭菌控制为消毒灭菌专业提出新的巨大挑战。本文将近年来国内超重器械包的相关研究进行综述,阐述了国内超重器械灭菌质量的监管史,重点从清洗、包装、灭菌、化学及生物监测、湿包控制等几个方面对超重器械包的质量控制进行论述,以不断提高灭菌质量,完善质量控制,预防医院感染。Sargery on extensive bone trauma and implant operations are extensively undertaken in modern medical field. Quality control of oversized equipment sterilization becomes a challenge. In this paper the domestic overweight kit sterilization in recent years was summarized elaborately including the domestic heavy equipment supervision history, key poits of quality control of overweight bag device from cleaning, packaging, sterilization, chemical and biological monitoring and wet package control aspects.
