摘　　要：基于柱液相色谱和薄层色谱之间的关系,讨论如何为快速色谱选择流动相,并介绍此技术手工操作的步骤.This is a lecture about flash chromatography. Based on the relationship between column liquid chromatography and thinlayer chromatography, how to optimize the mobile phase of flash chromatography is discussed, and its manual operation is introduced.
