CO_2激光治疗联合咪喹莫特乳膏治疗女性尖锐湿疣的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨CO2激光治疗联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏在女性尖锐湿疣治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:选取我院收治的80例女性尖锐湿疣患者,随机分为两组,均签署知情同意书。对照组采用CO2激光治疗联合阿昔洛韦软膏外用的治疗方法;治疗组采用CO2激光治疗联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏外用的治疗方法,治疗期为1个月,观察3个月后两组患者的治愈率、复发率以及其安全性。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率率为87.5%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组复发率为12.5%,对照组复发率为30.0%,治疗组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间观察各组均无明显副作用。结论:女性尖锐湿疣经CO2激光治疗后外用5%咪喹莫特乳膏的临床效果优于外用阿昔洛韦软膏,且未发现明显不良反应,值得临床推广及应用。Objectives： To investigate the clinical application of CO2 laser treatment combined with 5% imiquimod cream in the treatment of female condyloma acuminatum. Methods： Eighty female patients with condyloma acuminatum in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups, all of them having signed ＂informed consent＂. Control group were treated with CO2 laser combined with Aciclovir ointment for external use, while treatment group were treated with CO2 laser combined with 5% imiquimod cream for external use, both for 1 month. The cure rate, relapse rate and safety of the two groups were observed and compared 3 months later. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 97.5% and 87.5% respectively, with significant difference （P 〈 0.05） ; the relapse rate of treatment group and control group was 12.5% and 30% respectively, with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No obvious side effects were found during the treatment. Conclusion： The clinical effect of CO2 laser treatment combined with topical 5% imiquimod cream in the treatment of female eondyloma acuminatum is better than that of aciclovir ointment without any obvious adverse reaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
