微波消解-ICP-AES法测定丹参中铁含量不确定度评定

摘  要:采用微波消解一电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP—AES)对丹参中铁含量进行测定,按照JJF1059《测量不确定度评定与表示》的规定,对影响测量不确定度的主要来源进行分析,对样品的称量、定容、标准溶液配制、标准曲线拟合和测量重复性等不确定度分量进行计算,给出了合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,报告出测量结果为(1129±34)mg/kg,(k=2)。结果表明,标准溶液配制和拟合引入的不确定度是测量不确定度的主要来源。The determination of iron in Salvia Miltiorrhiza was measured by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) using microwave-digestion.The major sources of measurement uncertainty were discussed according to JJF 1059 (Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement).Uncertainty components such as weight,volume,preparation of standard solution,curve fitting and measurement repeatability were calculated and synthesized.The combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty were also synthesized.The express mode of iron in Salvia Miltiorrhiza was as (1129±34) mg/kg (k=-2).It was indicated that the major source of the uncertainty is the uncertainty of preparation of standard solution and curve fitting.
