摘　　要：针对汉麻棉／棉丽赛纬弹正反捻织物的染整加工特点，探讨低浓度碱退浆与茶皂素相结合的精练和丝光前处理工艺，即淡碱退浆＋茶皂素精练两步汽蒸前处理（烧碱15～20g/L，98-100℃汽蒸45～50min，茶皂素45g／L，98-100℃汽蒸55-60min）；丝光浓碱质量浓度110-120g／L。染色选用双活性基的BES型活性染料：后整理采用柔软拉幅、预缩整理。Dyeing and finishing process of hemp-cotton/Richcel-cotton weft elastic fabric with ：5 and /_ twist is researched. The processes of desizing with low concentration alkali combined with tea saponin, mercerizing, selection of dyes and softening finish are discussed. The wet processing is carried out with caustic soda 15-20 g/L,steaming at 98- 100 ℃ for 45-50 min,tea saponin 45 g/L,and further steaming at 98-100℃ for 55-60 min in pretreatment, mercerizing with concentrated alkali 110- 120 g/L, dyeing with bi-functional BES reactive dyes, softening and shrinking finish.
