摘　　要：选用水性聚氨酯抗起毛起球整理剂FS-701R对涤/粘乱纹织物进行整理,优化的整理工艺为:抗起毛起球整理剂FS-701R 10%、增稠剂20E 1.5%、溶剂油15%,焙烘温度150℃。整理后织物的抗起毛起球性可由3.5级提高到4.5级,且对手感、色变影响小,能耗低。Anti-pilling finish of polyester/viscose blended fabric is carried out with waterborne polyure-thane FS-701R. The optimum finishing process is determined as follows： FS-701R 10%, thickener 20E 1.5%, solvent oil 15%, and curing temperature 150 ℃. The finished product has improved anti-pilling property from grade 3.5 to grade 4.5 and little influence on handle and color, and the new finishing process features low energy consumption.
