摘  要:针对抽油机效率低的问题,分析了地面效率、井下效率、能耗及其产生原因,对影响系统效率的因素进行研究。结果表明:影响抽油系统效率的因素主要是电机负载率、抽油机平衡率、皮带松紧度、盘根的松紧度等;其中生产参数(冲次、冲程、泵径、泵深)影响最大,其次为杆柱组合情况、电机影响,最后为四连杆机构和皮带。通过相关试验得到了影响系统效率的规律,可为采用节能设备来提高油井的系统效率提供理论依据。In this paper,the problem of low efficiency for pumping,the energy efficiency of surface and downhole efficiency composition system efficiency and the causes of energy produced are ana-lyzed.The factors affecting the efficiency of the system were studied.Factors that influence effi-ciency of pumping system is derived,there are nine major factor composed with the motor load rate,pumping unit balance rate,tightness of the belt,packing firmness,etc.Where production pa-rameters (stroke times,stroke,pump diameter,pump depth)the greatest impact,followed by a combination of column lever,the motor influence,and finally the four-bar linkage with.Through the relevant test to obtain the effect of the law of the system efficiency,a theoretical basis for the use of energy-efficient equipment is provided to improve system efficiency wells.
