摘  要:针对石油钻铤接头螺纹磷化现状和需求,对一种全封闭式循环磷化处理装置的实现方案、自动控制等关键技术进行了详细的研究与设计。该系统为全封闭结构,采用脱脂除锈液、表调液、磷化液、钝化液、清洁液等各种工艺液体连续循环;磷化效率高,磷化质量可靠;能减少对环境的污染;磷化液不易被污染,使用寿命长;药品利用率高,磷化成本低,对操作人员身体无损伤。采用PLC可编程控制器实现装置中加热器、电机、阀门等的自动控制,自动化程度高,操作简单、可靠。通过改变PLC程序,可适应不同的磷化工艺,灵活方便,有利于磷化工艺的优化设计,具有广阔的应用前景。Aiming at the present situation and demands in phosphating technology for the oil drill collar coupling screw thread,a detailed research has been done into an automatic fully-enclosed phosphating system.Comparing with previous manual processing or open-type phosphating pot instrument,this system has some distinguish features.The first one is that it has a fully-enclosed structure,in which all function solutions such as degreasing and descaling,surface conditioning, phosphating,passivation and cleaning can circulate continuously,that means phosphating solution is easy to maintain and there is no pollution to it,its service life is prolonged accordingly and has a higher efficiency of utilization.Secondly,it has low processing and operating cost,efficiency is high and the quality of the phosphating coat is reliable.Thirdly,there is only a slim shock to envi-ronment,no harm to operators.Fourthly,using programmable controller PLC,the heaters,valves and pumps can be controlled automatically;operating performance is easy and reliable.In addi-tion,only to reprogram the LAD program of the PLC can meet different hot-phosphating process which facilitates the process optimization.Due to those items above,this phosphating system has a good potential prospect.
