摘  要:针对大港南部油田分注管柱配套的封隔器洗井通道小、大修率高、成本昂贵等问题,研制了一种可反洗井式插入密封器及插入密封分注工艺管柱。与其他分注工艺相比,具有内通径大、耐压性能高、结构简单、可重复插入密封定位等优点,并在2口井成功进行了现场先导试验。结果表明:插入密封分注工艺在易出砂井、腐蚀结垢井、注水压力高且层间差异大的高温高压深斜井具有广阔的应用前景。The reverse washing insert sealing device and separated injection string were researched to solve the problems such as the small washing channel of packer,the high risk of accident and the expensive cost where general packer of separated injection string existed,In contrast,the in-vented insert sealing separated injection string had the advantages of big inner diameter,high per-formance of pressure,simple structure and reusable insert sealing,and the pilot test with 2 wells had been launched and the success rate of treatment had reached to 100%.The results showed that the technology of insert sealing separated injection would be used in sand wells,corrosion and scaling wells,high pressure and temperature wells with a great advantage.
