摘　　要：随着油田开发向致密砂岩等埋藏较深油藏发展,油层的压力和温度逐渐提高,要求工艺配套的封隔器等井下工具必须具有耐高温、高压的性能。常规的试验装置只能完成常温环境下的井下工具模拟试验,已不能满足科研试验与工具检验的需要。针对以上问题,开展了高温高压封隔器的试验装置研究,研制出一套封隔器高温高压试验装置,解决了封隔器等井下工具高温、高压模拟试验难题。为高温高压封隔器在油田深层开发中的应用提供了可靠的试验基础,有着广阔的应用前景。With the development of the oil field and other buried deep in tight sandstone reservoir development,reservoir pressure and temperature gradually increased,requiring supporting oil pro-duction downhole tools such as packers must have high temperature,high pressure performance. Current conventional test equipment can only be done at room temp erature downhole tool simulation 〈br〉 environment,cannot meet the needs of research and testing and testing tools.To solve the above problems,the test device research conducted HPHT packer,packer developed a set of high tem-perature and pressure test equipment,a good solution to the packer downhole tools such as high-temperature,high-pressure simulation test problems.This provides a reliable basis for the high temperature and pressure test packer deep in oilfield development,and has broad application pros-pects.
