摘　　要：设计了封隔器胶筒试验装置,可通过机械和液压2种方式压缩胶筒坐封,能够实现对单胶筒和多胶筒组合的密封检验,具有实时锁紧和快速复位、预先设置压缩行程及上下环空双向验封功能。试验和应用结果表明:该装置实用性强、操作方便,解决了以前只能通过封隔器配合使用才能完成对胶筒密封性能检验的局限。IndependentLY designed packer rubber tube test device can inspect the single rubber tube and multi-rubber tube sealing performance through mechanical compression and hydraulic compression to rubber tube,which has the functions of quickly locking and resetting,presetting compression length and two-way sealing test.Experiment and application results show that the device with strong practicability and easy operability can solve the problem of the whole packer structure needed for rubber tube sealing performance test in the past.
