高效率连续半导体抽运开环互易式全息光栅Nd:YVO_4板条激光器  

Efficient Continuous Diode-Pumped Nd:YVO_4 Slab Laser with an Opened-Loop Reciprocal Dynamic Holographic Cavity

摘　　要：报道了一种采用开环互易式激光谐振腔形成动态全息光栅,半导体巴条侧面抽运自适应Nd:YVO4板条激光器。实验研究了互易式全息光栅激光器输出激光的平均功率、光光转换效率、纵模以及其它特性,并与类似结构传统激光振荡器输出的纵模进行对比。实验确定了开环互易式激光谐振腔内存在全息光栅,对激光输出横模和纵模进行了调制。基于互易式激光谐振腔,最终获得了平均功率18.25W,光束质量M2<1.2,消光比大于1000:1,光光转换效率48%的高效率连续激光输出。A self-adaptive laser based on a diode bar side pumped Nd：YVO4 slab with opened-loop reciprocal cavity completed by dynamic holographic gratings is created.The output power,optical-to-optical efficiency,frequency spectrum and spatial characteristics of the generated beam are examined.Compared with similar structure of traditional laser oscillator,the holographic gratings are exist in the opened-loop reciprocal cavity and the obvious modulation of the transverse mode and longitudinal mode is observed.A high spatial quality beam（M21.2）with up to 18.25 W average power,48% optical-to-optical efficiency,and 1000：1 extinction ratio is obtained.
