摘  要:在模铸生产过程中,钢液浇注过程的任意参数波动均会引起钢锭内部及表面质量问题。而随着计算机应用在工业技术中不断拓展,运用计算机数值模拟研究钢液浇注过程,能很好地预见钢锭浇注过程中会出现的问题,特别是浇注初期的钢液流场情况。研究表明,通过优化工艺条件,可有效改善钢液浇注控制条件,提高钢锭质量。During molded production process, the changes of molten steel pouring process often cause quality problems, such as ingot surface and internal quality defects. As the wide use of computer application in industrial technology, using computer numerical simulation for molten steel pouring research is good for people to foresee the defects that would arise during the pouring and solidification process, especially foresee the molten steel lotion at the early stages of casting. The simulation and research results show that optimizing process condition can improve the controlling conditions of ingot casting and ingot quality significantly.
