消银解毒汤治疗银屑病的药效学实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨消银解毒汤治疗银屑病的作用机制。方法:将实验动物随机分为正常组,模型组,阳性药郁金银屑片组,消银解毒汤高、中、低剂量组,每组10只,各组分别ig给药。采用小鼠阴道上皮和小鼠尾部鳞片表皮病理模型,观察消银解毒汤对上皮细胞有丝分裂指数及小鼠尾部表皮鳞片中有颗粒层的鳞片数的作用;采用大鼠急性血瘀模型观察对大鼠血液流变学指标的影响。结果:与模型组比较,消银解毒汤显著抑制小鼠阴道上皮细胞的有丝分裂(P<0.01),促进小鼠尾部鳞片表皮颗粒层形成(P<0.01);显著降低大鼠血瘀模型的全血黏度(P<0.01)。结论:消银解毒汤临床治疗银屑病的作用机制可能与促进表皮细胞正常分化、抑制表皮细胞增生、降低血黏度等作用有关。Objective：To study the therapeutic actions of Xiaoyin jiedu decoction on animal models of psoriasis. Methods： Animals were randomly divided into normal group, model group, positive group, Xiaoyin jiedu decoction groups （high, medium ,low doses）. Each group was orally administered once daily. The effects of the decoction on epithelial cells mitosis index and number of scale with granular layer in tail epidermis scale in mice were detected by using the pathologic samples of the mice＇ vaginal epithelium and scales＇ cuticle at the tails of mice. The model of acute blood stasis in rats were carried out to observe the hemorheology indexes. Results： Xiaoyin jiedu decoction showed remarkable inhibitive actions on mitosis of mice＇ vaginal epithelial cell and promotire actions for formation of epidermal granular layer in the scales of the mice＇ tails, also,it could improve hemorheology indexes in rats. Concluslon：Xiaoyin jiedu decoction possesses the significant treatment effect on animal models of psoriasis, which may be attributed to the action of suppressing hyperplasia of epidermal cells, improving imperfect keratinization and reducing blood viscosity.
