胡柚宝片剂对小鼠的抗疲劳作用及其急性毒性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究胡柚宝片剂对实验小鼠的抗疲劳作用及其对小鼠的急性毒性作用。方法:通过测定小鼠负重游泳时间及小鼠爬竿时间,观察胡柚宝片剂的抗疲劳作用,并进行小鼠急性毒性试验。结果:胡柚宝片剂组能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间及爬竿时间;小鼠急性毒性试验测定最大给药量为96g/kg(生药量400g/kg)。结论:胡柚宝片剂能明显增强小鼠的抗疲劳能力,无明显的毒副作用。Objective： To study the anti -fatigue effect and the acute toxicity of Huyoubao tablet in mice. Methods： The anti - fatigue function of Huyoubao tablets was observed by measuring weight - loaded swimming time, pole - climbing time of mice, and the test on acute toxicity were performed. Results： The time of weight - loaded swimming and pole - climbing was remarkably prolonged in Huyoubao tablet group; The result of acute toxicity test of mice showed the maximum administration dosage of mice was 96g/kg, equivalently 400g/kg to human. Conclusion： Huyoubao tablet showed obviously anti -fatigue effects in mice and had no acute effect.
