摘　　要：[目的]探讨清代医家尤怡所著《金匮要略心典》对痉病成因、脉证等的见解。[方法]通过对《金匮要略心典》的仔细研读、思考,并参考历代医家对相关条文的注释,分析阐释尤氏论痉的独到精妙之处。[结果]尤氏将痉病之因概况为2类,即重感寒湿、亡血竭气,并最终导致脱液伤津,筋脉失于濡养;尤氏论痉之脉,见解独到,尤以注释《金匮要略·痉湿暍病脉证第二》篇中第3条、第7条、第8条的原文脉证为佳,另辟蹊径,独树一帜;尤氏论痉,强调痉病有其本证,不可与太阳病混为一谈。[结论]尤氏《金匮要略心典》关于痉病的阐述精辟独到,为后人学习《金匮要略》提供了思路与方法,具有较高的理论价值与实践意义。[Objective]To explore the cause,pulse and syndrome of convulsive disease in JinKuiYaoLue XinDian written by You Yi who lived in Qing Dynasty.[Methods]By learning the JinKuiYaoLue XinDian closely and studying the comments of relational content written by other famous doctors of successive dynasties,summing up the great viewpoints of You Yi discussing on convulsive disease.[Results]You Yi recognized that the cause of convulsive disease was invasion of pathogenic cold and damp again,collapsing of qi and the blood,and finally leading to boby fluid exhaustion and mascular malnutrition.The viewpoints of You Yi on the pulse of convulsive disease was unique,especially the notes of the third,the seventh,the eighth contents of JinKuiYaoLue.You Yi also emphasized the convulsive disease had its own syndrome,which should not be confused with the taiyang disease.[Conclusion]The views on convulsive disease of JinKuiYaoLue XinDian written by You Yi were very penetrating,providing the way for us to learn JinKuiYaoLue,which had some medical knowledge and practical meaning.
