推拿督脉、膀胱经结合自拟“止汗汤”治疗老年顽固性盗汗患者45例效果分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析推拿督脉、膀胱经结合自拟"止汗汤"治疗老年(年龄≥60岁)顽固性盗汗患者的临床效果。[方法]采用随机数字表法将89例确诊老年顽固性盗汗患者进行分组,对照组44例给予自拟"止汗汤"辨证加减治疗,实验组45例在对照组基础上结合推拿督脉、膀胱经手法治疗,7天为1疗程,连续治疗3个疗程后对比治疗效果和生活质量改善情况。[结果]3个疗程结束后,实验组总有效率95.56%明显高于对照组79.55%,差异具有统计学意义(X2=5.2645,P<0.05);两组均能够提高治疗后患者的生活质量,但实验组提高生活质量幅度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]推拿督脉、膀胱经结合自拟"止汗汤"治疗老年顽固性盗汗患者效果确切,在敛汗止汗基础上调节全身阴阳平衡,在提高生存质量方面具有非常重要意义,值得临床对作用机制继续研究和探讨。[Objective] To analyse the clinical effect of massaging Du and bladder meridians combined with self-made Zhihan Decoction on senile（≥60years） intractable night sweat.[Method] Take random digital table method to divide 89 cases into control group 44 cases taking revised self-made Zhihan Decoction,and experimental group 45 cases added with massaging Du and bladder meridians on the base of control one,7d as a course,for successive 3courses;afterwards compare their cure effects and life quality improvement.[Result] After 3 courses,the total effective rate was 95.56% for experimental group,markedly better than control one 79.55%,with difference of statistical meaning（X2=5.2645,P〈0.05）;both could improve patients＇ life quality,but the experimental group was much better than control one,with difference of statistical meaning too.[Conclusion] Massaging Du and bladder meridians combined with Zhihan Decoction treating senile intractable night sweat has definite cure effect,regulating balance of body Yin Yang on the basis of arresting and stopping sweating,with great meaning on improving life quality,worth further study and discussion on functional mechanism.
