推拿牵引结合药物综合治疗颈性眩晕36例  

Massage Combined with Traction and Medicine Treat Cervical Vertigo 36 Cases Comprehensively

摘　　要：[目的]观察推拿牵引结合药物综合治疗颈性眩晕的临床效果。[方法]自2013年7月至2014年2月,运用推拿牵引结合药物综合治疗椎动脉型颈椎病导致的颈性眩晕36例,治疗10次为1疗程,疗程结束后参照国家中医药管理局颁布的《中医病症诊断疗效标准》对治疗后的疗效、颈椎X线结果、颅脑多普勒显像进行对比分析。[结果]经过1个疗程治疗后,36例患者治愈21例,显效9例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率94.44%。其中1例患者经10次治疗后颈椎生理曲度由部分变直到恢复正常,寰枢关节处由不对称——右宽左窄到左右基本对称,椎动脉平均流速由原来的19cm/s,提高到30cm/s,已接近正常。[结论]推拿、牵引、药物综合治疗颈性眩晕疗效显著,安全简便,值得推广。[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of massage,traction combined with medicine comprehensively treating cervical vertigo.[Method] From July 2013 to Feb.2014,apply massage and traction combined with medicine to comprehensively treat cervical dizziness caused by vertebral artery type of spondylosis 36 cases,10 times as a course;after the course,refer to＂TCM Diseases Syndromes Diagnosis and Curative Effect Standard＂issued by National TCM Administration for comparative analysis on curative effect,cervical vertebra X-ray result and cerebral Doppler image.[Result] After one course of treatment,in 36 cases,21 cases were cured,9 cases had marked effect,4 were effective,2 void,the total effective rate 94.44%.Among which,1 case had10 times of treatment,then part of and finally all of his cervical physiological curvature recovered to normal,the Cruveilhier ＇s joint changed to basic symmetry from un-symmetry,the average flow speed of vertebral artery increased to 30cm/s from 19cm/s,almost normal.[Conclusion] Massage,traction and medicine comprehensively treating cervical vertigo had obvious cure effect,safe,simple and worth promotion.
