摘　　要：文章分析了建设修船技术后备力量的基础、条件和必要性，并从适应“两个转变”和坚持辩证的观点等方面阐述加强修船技术后备力量建设的工作思路和方法，指出目前建设我国修船技术后备力量的紧迫性。The base, conditions and necessity for building the reserve forces of ship-repair technology are analyzed in this paper, Some concerned working thoughts and methods are given by insisting on ＂the Two Changes＂ and the dialectical views. The Importance of building the reserve forces is pointed out as well.
