摘　　要：紧盯部队需求,依托团以上卫生机构建立基层保障点,围绕官兵满意建立反馈回访制度,把握能打胜仗目标打造复合型人才方阵,有效解决小散远单位小病急症就近诊疗问题,完成126名体系部队骨干住院疗养工作,不断提高医院姓军为战卫勤保障能力。Based on the demands of primary army , we should establish basic support spot relying on the health institutions beyond regiment .Meanwhile , we should establish feedback and return visit system for soldiers＇satisfaction .We should build versatile talent team based on the objective of winning the war .The service mode ef-fectively solved the problem of diagnosis and treatment to the nearest hospital for the small and remote units .At the same time, we completed the convalescence of 126 soldiers in hospital , which improved the support capability of health service for the army .
