摘　　要：目的本文对2011、2012年上海市某区医疗机构记分数据进行分析讨论,通过客观数据反映医疗机构经营性质、记分户次、记分频率、记分理由等方面状况。方法二次资料利用。结果两个年度记分次数、记分值同比下降;经营性质以营利机构为主;记分理由违反行政规章、消毒隔离为多。结论卫生行政部门应强化监管,医疗机构必须加强自律,保障医疗服务市场更为规范有序。Objective Through the analysis on the adverse credits of medical institutions in a district Shanghai of 2011 and 2012 , to know about the operation natures of these medical institutions , and the times , fre-quency and cause of adverse credits .Method The secondary data is used to analyze the conditions .Results The times and frequency of adverse credits in the year of 2011 is lower than that of 2012 .The profit oriented medical in-stitutions is the major part .The major causes are the violation of the laws and regulations , as well as the disinfec-tion and isolation .Conclusions The health administrative departments should strengthen the law enforcement;Medical institution should strengthen the self -discipline to support the normal order of medical market .
