品管圈在降低造影剂血管外渗中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的运用品管圈活动降低造影剂血管外渗,提高患者安全性和满意度。方法成立品管圈,确定主题,选定降低造影剂血管外渗为活动主题,遵循PDCA循环工作程序开展品管圈活动,比较活动前后造影剂血管外渗率。结果开展品管圈活动后,造影剂血管外渗率由原来的4.68‰降低到2.04‰(χ2=3.98,P=0.046)。结论开展品管圈活动,有效调动医务人员的积极性,降低造影剂血管外渗率,提高影像检查质量,提升患者的安全性和满意度。Objective The QCC reduce the contrast agent extravasation , improve safety and satisfaction degree of patients .Methods Setting up the quality control circle , determine the theme , selected to reduce the contrast agent extravasation as the theme , follow the PDCA circulation work program to carry out the quality control circle activities , compared before and after contrast agent extravasation rate .Rseults Contrast agent extravasation rate decreased from 4.68‰to 2.04‰（χ2=3.98, p=0.046）.Conclusio n QCC activities mobilized the enthusi-asm of medical staff effectively , reduced the contrast agent extravasation rate , improved the imaging quality and the patient safety and satisfaction .
